LifeVen Services

Serious engineering for the problems you keep working around.

A website nobody finds. Three systems that do not talk to each other. One spreadsheet holding the whole business together. A print run you cannot afford to get wrong. These are the things that quietly cost you money every week — and every one of them is fixable.

Fixed written quotes · One expert team, end to end · No sales calls, ever

Five sentences we hear a lot.

One of them is probably yours. Each is a different kind of problem, so each gets a different kind of work — and a different way to start.

01Websites & AI Visibility

Customers ask an AI assistant who to hire — and it names someone else.

Be the business Google and AI recommend.

We build and repair the public evidence a business runs on: clear service pages, real service areas, proof beside every claim, and the structure Google and AI assistants need to understand and cite you. Built AI-search-ready from day one, not retrofitted after.

02Workflow Automation

Every lead gets typed into three systems, and the quote that slipped through was the one that mattered.

Stop paying people to retype things.

We connect the tools you already use so the repetitive work runs itself — leads routed, follow-ups sent, invoices and forms read without re-typing, systems kept in sync. AI is added only where it genuinely improves the result, and anything that carries risk keeps a person in the loop.

03Apps & Business Tools

One file runs the business, one person really understands it, and a wrong edit costs us a week.

When the spreadsheet becomes a liability.

Internal tools, client portals, and mobile apps built from scratch around how you actually work — never a template, never reskinned boilerplate. Discovery comes first, and it can honestly conclude that off-the-shelf software or a simple automation would serve you better.

04Competitor & Market Monitoring

A competitor dropped their price six weeks ago. We heard it from a customer deciding between us.

See the change before it costs you.

We define what counts as a change worth knowing, watch the sources that matter, and send short briefings where every finding links back to where it came from — so you act on movement instead of hearing about it late.

05Print Production

The file looked right on screen. Whether it survives paper, ink, and binding, we find out 500 copies too late.

When it has to exist in the world.

Yearbooks, anniversary albums, catalogs, art books, journals, and card games — specification judgment, file preflight, supplier management, proofing, quality control, and freight, run by people who know where print projects actually go wrong.

Judgment first. Implementation second. Something running at the end.

  1. 01Understand it first

We look at the actual process, the tools already paid for, and where the money is leaking — before anyone proposes building anything.

  2. 02Compare the real options

Existing software, automation, AI, or custom — assessed against what you already pay for. Sometimes the answer is “you don't need this,” and you get that answer too.

  3. 03Fixed written quote

Scope, price, and timeline in writing before any money moves. No hourly surprises, no scope drift dressed up as change requests.

  4. 04Build, hand over, support

Tested and documented, with human review wherever mistakes are expensive — then handed over in your name, with optional care if you want us watching it.

The people who scope it are the people who build it.

Nothing is lost between a salesperson and a production floor, and no junior inherits a brief they never heard. You get senior engineering judgment on the first call and the last one — at a price that is not carrying an agency's overhead or an outsourcer's markup.

  • Born AI-readyEvery site we ship is structured for Google and AI assistants — clear services, locations, evidence, and schema. A head start in the AI era, included by default.
  • We will talk you out of itConfigure what you own, automate with rules, add AI, build custom — assessed in that order. A real share of our recommendations end in a smaller project than the one you asked about.
  • Nothing locked to usDomain, code, data, and accounts registered in your name. No export fees, no hostage software.
  • No sales calls, everYou get a written reply with a clear next step. We talk on a call if and when you want one — never because we are chasing you.

What does LifeVen do?

LifeVen is a technology studio for small and medium businesses and specialized industries. We build websites optimized for Google and AI search, automate repetitive business workflows, develop fully custom internal tools and mobile apps, run competitor and market monitoring, and manage print production. Work is scoped and priced in writing before it begins.

How does pricing work?

Every line opens with a small fixed-price first step — an audit, a blueprint, or a discovery — that is useful on its own and fully credited toward the work if you continue. We quote the build itself only after that step, because an honest number depends on what we find. You get scope, price, and timeline in writing before any money moves, and there are no hourly surprises afterwards.

Why should I choose LifeVen over an agency?

Agencies sell you to a senior person and hand the work to a junior one. At LifeVen, the people who scope your project are the people who build it — no fragmented handoffs, no account manager relaying requirements, and no agency overhead priced into the quote. Nothing is locked to us either: the domain, code, data, and accounts are registered in your name.

Why not just hire a freelancer from a marketplace?

A marketplace freelancer is priced for delivery, not for what happens afterwards — and afterwards is where the cost usually lands. The difference shows up in the months after handover: whether a failure surfaces as an alert or as a customer complaint, whether the build survives the first time a connected service changes, whether anyone can pick it up and maintain it, and whether the person who wrote it is still reachable. LifeVen is a registered US company working to a written scope and a fixed quote agreed before anything starts, and the domain, code, data, and accounts are in your name from the first day — so what you are left holding does not depend on one individual staying available.

How do I know whether I need automation, custom software, or neither?

That is exactly what the first step is for, and it is the smallest commitment in any engagement. We compare your real options in order — configure existing software, automate with rules, add AI, then build custom — and a genuine share of our recommendations conclude that you should build less than you expected, or nothing at all.

Will I get sales calls?

Never. We do not cold-call, we do not chase, and we do not hand your details to anyone. You will get a written reply with a clear next step, and we will talk on a call only if and when you want one. We dislike being pestered as much as you do.

Do you work with businesses outside the United States?

Yes. We work with businesses across the United States and Canada, and with international companies entering the US market who need an English-language presence, US-market research, and systems that work across time zones.

What happens if we stop working together?

Everything keeps running and everything stays yours. You hold the domain, the code, the data, the accounts, and exportable copies of any workflow we build. We keep clients through the quality of the work, never through lock-in.
