Introduction

LifeVen LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ClayTrace mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data remains yours.

Data Storage & Collection

ClayTrace stores all your data locally on your device.

When you log pottery projects, glaze combinations, photos, and firing schedules, this information is saved directly to your device's local storage. We do not transmit, sync, or store your personal data on any remote servers.

Because your data remains strictly on your device, we cannot view, access, or share your pottery notes or photos.

Note: As ClayTrace evolves, we may introduce optional cloud synchronization features (e.g., via iCloud or a dedicated backend). If this occurs, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those changes.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

We do not track your usage of the app with third-party analytics tools. If the app crashes, Apple or Google may provide us with anonymized crash reports (if you have opted-in to sharing analytics with the app store provider), which we use solely to fix bugs and improve stability.

Information Sharing

Because we do not collect your personal data, we cannot and do not share, sell, or rent it to any third parties.

Data Deletion

You maintain full control over your data. To delete all your data, simply uninstall the ClayTrace application from your device. Since we do not store your data on external servers, uninstalling the app permanently removes all your associated records.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app's features. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
