Timeline for ride notes
Capture lesson takeaways, schooling observations, clinic notes, show reflections, trail rides, or groundwork sessions in chronological order.

ReinTrace is a personal riding journal for equestrians who want lesson notes, ride media, instructor feedback, horses, skills, and reference links to stay useful after the ride is over.
First release planned for iPhone. No account or cloud setup required.

ReinTrace helps riders preserve the parts of training that usually scatter across camera rolls, text notes, memory, and lesson comments. It keeps notes, media, horses, instructors, skills, and tags connected so a rider can review patterns instead of starting from scratch each week.
ReinTrace is not a generic notes app with a horse label added later. The core objects match how equestrian learning actually works.
Capture lesson takeaways, schooling observations, clinic notes, show reflections, trail rides, or groundwork sessions in chronological order.
Connect notes to the horse, instructor, tags, and skills that make the feedback meaningful weeks or months later.
Add photos, link riding videos from Apple Photos, and save reference links alongside your own observations.
Track what you want to explore, what you have tried, what you are working on, and what feels comfortable.

A useful riding record is not only what happened. It is the horse you were on, the words your instructor used, the skill you were working on, the video you saved, and the detail you need to remember before the next lesson.
ReinTrace is a personal riding journal and learning archive for equestrians. It helps riders keep lesson notes, ride media, instructor feedback, horses, skills, tags, and reference links connected so training context stays searchable after the ride.
ReinTrace is designed for beginner-to-intermediate adult amateur riders, especially lesson riders who work with school horses, leased horses, multiple instructors, or recurring skill goals. It is useful when progress depends on remembering context, not just logging miles.
No account or cloud setup is required for the first release. Riding notes, horse and instructor names, tags, skill status, photos, and media references are kept on the user’s device rather than sent to a LifeVen account or server.
ReinTrace organizes Photos-linked riding videos, but it does not copy or back up full video files. If the original video is removed from Apple Photos or becomes unavailable, the ReinTrace record can remain while playback depends on the original becoming available again or being relinked.
