By downloading or using the ClayTrace app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
2. License to Use
LifeVen LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use ClayTrace strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use and the rules set out by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. User Data
ClayTrace operates as a local-first application. Any text, images, or records you create using the app are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data (such as through standard device backups). We are not responsible for any lost data resulting from app deletion, device failure, or other circumstances.
4. Changes to the App
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The ClayTrace app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we aim to provide an excellent tool for tracking pottery, LifeVen LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app. This includes failed firings, ruined glazes, or lost records.
6. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to LifeVen LLC. You may not extract or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
