If you are reporting a bug, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version if available, what you were trying to do, and any steps that reproduce the issue. Please do not send sensitive riding notes or private media unless support specifically asks for a minimal example.
Launch Scope
ReinTrace is planned as an iPhone-first app for personal riding notes, media references, horses, instructors, tags, and skill review. The first release does not require an account, cloud sync, public sharing, or a LifeVen-hosted media library.
Supported app languages currently include English, Spanish, and French. The first App Store listing uses English (U.S.) as the primary language.
Photos, Videos, and Links
Photos selected for notes are copied into app-managed storage. Videos selected from Apple Photos are linked rather than copied as separate full video files. ReinTrace keeps the record and thumbnail, but playback depends on access to the original Photos video.
You can also save external reference URLs, including YouTube links. ReinTrace does not host or control third-party content; opening those links or embeds may contact the third-party service directly.

Why will a Photos-linked riding video not play?
ReinTrace links videos from Apple Photos instead of copying full video files. If the original video was deleted, is unavailable from iCloud, or Photos permission changed, playback may fail until the video becomes available again or is relinked.
Does ReinTrace upload my notes or videos to LifeVen?
No account or LifeVen cloud upload is required for the current first release. ReinTrace stores riding records locally on the device under the current app design.
